Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, you must submit clear product images showing the issue or defect within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing parts not due to our error.

  • Items without proof of purchase or without submitted images.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us via email or our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and clear images of the product showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you on the return procedure.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and we receive the product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange

  • If you prefer, we can arrange for a product exchange instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
